The Proper pH

There is a fine line between perfect health and sickness, and that is the blood pH range between 7.35 and 7.45. When you drop below 7.35-blood pH, your body goes into a frantic mode to correct the condition. It will dissolve bones, tissue, and compromise many functions just to obtain the calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium to help alkalinize the blood and bring it to a pH of 7.365.

With a low pH your immune system becomes suppressed, you become dehydrated and microorganisms such as viruses, bacterium, yeast, parasites and mold set up housekeeping in your body. When your pH drops just .2 of a point (example 7.4 to 7.2) your body’s blood and tissue oxygen levels drop by 40%.

The disease cycle begins when you are acid. You start losing energy, you fatigue easily, you develop poor digestion and constipation, you gain weight, you develop aches and pains, and your skin shows liver spots, sags and then, the muscle tone deteriorates. When the pH drops below 5.5 your DNA starts to make mutated cells called tumors. Your heart, arteries and veins begin to corrode and deteriorate, and now your body is suitable for serious disease.
